Shipping Policy

Watermatters ships using multiple delivery partners, with most orders shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service, from our retail location in Vancouver, BC.

We offer free shipping for orders shipped to Canadian destinations which total $175 CAD or more before tax. Orders below $175 are charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping.*

* Exceptions to 'free shipping over $175' and to the flat-rate $15 shipping fee exist for certain remote geographical locations, for which a larger shipping fee will be added (examples include areas with postal codes beginning with J0M, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E,  X0G, Y0A, and Y0B). If you believe that your address qualifies as remote, please email help@watermatters.ca for an accurate shipping quote prior to placing your order.

The full cost of shipping will apply to any order shipped to a US address.

A tracking number will be assigned to your order prior to leaving our store.

We ship within 1 or 2 business days of receiving your order.

We are closed on statutory holidays.
